Cancelling , Amending a booking And Refund

Phronesis Booking Cancellation Policy?
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please do so by checking the booked hotel check in time on the day you are due to arrive. If you make your cancellation after check in time on arrival day, you will be charged for one night's accommodation.When you cancel your booking, we will give you a cancellation reference number. Please make a note of this number for proof of your cancellation.
Various Hotels have different cancellation policies and Phronesis Booking helps with the processing of the hotel cancellations
How do I amend my booking?
If you have booked through Phronesis Hotel Booking, you can now amend your booking online. So if your plans have changed, you can amend the date of arrival, number of rooms  Simply send your request to change your booking to cancellations@phronesisbooking.com  and follow the instructions to amend your booking. Alternatively you can call our Contact Centre on +27766177961, quoting your booking reference number. One of our advisors will be happy to help you. Lines are open from 8am – 10pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 10pm on Sundays.
Please note: If you need to amend your booking on the day of arrival, this must be done before the check in time of the hotel booked. Important: Please check the terms and conditions of the Booked Hotel you booked for full details.

How do I make an online cancellation?
To cancel a booking Through Phronesis Hotel Booking sent an email to cancellations@phronesisbooking.com and to cancel a room check the first the check in time of the hotel booked.
  • You need to know the booking reference number and send either the bookers' surname or one of the guests' surnames.
  • Once your booking has been cancelled your booking we will send you a cancellation confirmation email.
How do I know that my refund was successful?
How do I know that my refund was successful?
After sending your request for cancellation to cancellations@phronesisbooking.com. You will also receive a confirmation email and if necessary a refund receipt.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
We will cancel your booking immediately and process the refund. Subject to your card issuer, it may take several days for the funds to reach your account..
